【静学からの挑戦状 Vol.8】
「人」は物事を見たり考えたりするとき、当然、自分の目で見、自分の頭で考える。そして、あくまで自分の立場から見て考えて判断する。さて、それでも君たちにはいろいろな立場(立ち位置と言ってもいい)がある。
例えば、君はまず「人間である」「お父さんとお母さんの子供であり家族の一員である」「○○小学校の生徒である」もしかしたら「○○クラブの一員である」かもしれない。「学級委員長とか児童会の役員」かもしれない。そこで今回君たちには「 小学校のクラス担任」になってもらいたい。当然担任はいろいろな生徒がいる君のクラスを理想のクラスにしたいと考えるだろう。
さあ、今回の問題です。小学校のクラス担任になったつもりで、君は自分が担当したクラスをどのようなクラスにしたいか、600字以内で書いてください。クラスにはいろいろな子供達がいてクラス担任の先生は大変です。でもそれが先生の「やりがい」でもあるのですが。
